How you can get involved

Donate - Please consider donating some items. Open up your linen closets and look thru some storage trunks. We all have plenty, to a degree, of gently used items, like blankets, towels, baby blankets, bowls for cats and dogs and maybe some cat and dog crates. All it takes is a few minutes over a weekend to actually look and gather a pile. You'll be amazed at what you will find. Then you can donate those items to a shelter animal in need.
KISS - keep it simple stupid! It's easy. Wish List
Adopt - Shelters and rescues save thousands of animals each year. They do their best to provide for them, vet them, spay and neuter, socialize them and get them ready to find a wonderful-forever home. If you’d like to consider adopting, we will help you find a shelter or reputable rescue to make that perfect connection. The only option in our eyes is adoption. You saved a life! Adopt
Foster - Becoming a foster parent or home is another wonderful way to help. If you decide to foster, you will have just saved a life! You actually open up a new place for a group to save another. Shelters and rescues will work with you to help match a great dog or cat that will work best in your home, family, lifestyle and work schedule. Fostering is key. The more foster homes, the more animals can be saved. Foster
Volunteer - Almost every shelter and rescue group needs volunteers on some level. We will help you find a group that needs you. There are many ways to volunteer. You can help walk animals, clean cages and help socialize them. You can help a group or shelter with paper work, run errands and fundraise. Transport animals to vet appointments and events and help out at adoption events. You can offer and be trained to provide home visits and to help spread awareness as to what is really happening with the over-population with the companion animals in our country. Please let us know and we can help you find a group or shelter near you. Volunteer
Spay/Neuter - It's basically simple. It must be done. Millions of cat and dogs are born each year. Most are homeless and have no food or shelter. These animals are the unfortunate ones that are in need of being 'saved'. Not sold, but born to be saved. The domestic animal population is not in control. We are here to educate and help to provide. February of each year is Worldwide Spay/Neuter Month. There are clinics that are set up all over our country and it grows more and more each year. There is help and we will direct you. When in doubt please talk to your vet. There are many good people out there that can and will help. Spay/Neuter
Skills/Services - Offer and donate your skills and talents. Whether you have carpentry, electrical, plumbing, marketing design and creative skills, website production and support, photography, knitting, event planning, offer them to a shelter near you. Get involved, it's very rewarding.
